I made the kheer pudding just 5 minutes ago, and it was really good! Using the recipe I showed you of in the earlier post, it was quite easy to make. Basically you cooked rice in milk and added sugar and condensed milk and other toppings or mix-ins. In the recipe it called for cardamom spice, but I tried it in a with the kheer and personally, it wasn't good. But, when I replaced cardamon with cinnamon (like Khana Peena had used) it was delicious! It was a little sweet for my taste buds, and next time I'm going to add less condensed milk.
It is amazing how easy kheer is to make and I suggest using the recipe I used.
